MONDAYS
6:30PM
50 minutes of total body weight HIIT including warm up and cool down
​
4 main blocks: Plyometrics & speed (cardio focus), body weight strength, stability & coordination, and abs & core. Moves are shown with a low/no impact modification so the class is accessible for all levels and abilities.
CIRCUITS.
TUESDAYS
6PM
1 hour class. Traditional circuit training style class with stations focusing on upper body, lower body, core, and cardio.

Mixture of weight & equipment based moves, as well as body weight. Full warm up and cool down/stretching included in the hour.
YOGA
VIBES.
WEDNESDAYS
6PM
1 hour class. A class that brings together all of the components of fitness: Stamina, strength, flexibility and focus but the yogic way.
​
A class for all to try. Bring your own blocks, straps and yoga mat if you have them, or use ones provided. See you on the mat.
BOXING
FITNESS.
THURSDAYS
6PM
1 hour class. Boxing conditioning workout with pads, bag work, boxing style fitness and circuits.
